Step 2: Tell us what you want
We will have a brief telephone exchange to discuss the type of publication you would like LivePrint to turn interactive. We will ask you questions such as the type/amount of links and/or media you would like to embed in the publication, the size of the publication and what kind of turnaround time you’re looking for. If you don’t know the answer right off the bat, that’s okay! Feel free to ask us as many questions as you like.

Step 3: Give us the “Go”  
Once all your questions have been answered, we will e-mail you a confirmation summary of everything we have agreed upon: the services to be provided, the total cost, delivery date, etc. *No surprises – we promise! Check it over, call us if you need to discuss anything further, and just give us the “go” when you’re ready!

*No deposit is required. We won’t ask you to pay a dime until you are 100% satisfied with the final product.

Step 4: Send us your “static” electronic materials
In order to create your interactive publication there are a few simple things we’ll ask you to send us electronically.

» A PDF of your publication

» A list of any product or advertiser links you would like included

» If you want to embed video, we will need the file containing the video (or the location where it is stored on your server)

Step 5: Sit back and relax while we take care of the rest
Once we have all the necessary files and links, we will start building your LivePrint publication immediately. Normally, we can complete the development in 1-2 business days. For extra large publications (100+ pages), it could take 3-4 business days. But here’s our bottom line – we’ll do what you need in the time you need it done. Just let us know if a “rush” is necessary.

Step 6: Review/approve your interactive proof
Once the LivePrint publication is completed, you will be able to view and approve the proof online before we make it available to the public. If you are 100% satisfied and give us your approval, we will make it live. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we’ll make whatever changes you need and send you a revised proof per your specifications.

Step 7: Watch your publication come to life
There are a couple options for displaying the LivePrint publication. (1) You can embed the publication within one of your own web pages or (2) place an outbound link on your site to launch the LivePrint publication in a new window. We’ll discuss both options with you, but either way, the publication will be hosted on our servers so your Web team isn’t tasked with loading and maintaining files. If you like, we can even offer suggestions on how to direct more traffic to your interactive publication.

This is where the process ends – unless, of course, you want to repeat the process with another publication (the more, the merrier!). We hope you agree our process is simple, flexible and fast. And we look forward to working through it with you.
