Why Create an Interactive Publication?
Perhaps the more relevant question is, “why not?”
-Your conversion rates and sign-up rates will increase
-Visitors stay on your site longer, translating into more purchases
-It provides more sensible, easier navigation for window-shopping visitors that don't know what they want
-It’s intuitive to use, since it flips “just like the real thing”
-It allows your marketing materials to reach a broader audience (i.e. email, Web, viral marketing, etc.)
-It generates more multi-channel buyers
-It establishes a cohesive bridge between print and online marketing
-You save money, not having to worry about extra postage or print costs

How long will it take to complete?
The majority of LivePrint interactive publications can be completed within 1-2 business days of receiving the PDF. For larger publications (over 100 pages), 3-4 days might be necessary. But if you have a “rush” deadline, let us know - we will work with you to get you what you need, when you need it.

How much will it cost?
Our price is a simple and affordable per-page fee that is established based on the complexity of your publication and discussed with you up-front. You’ll find our per-page cost is less than the industry average due to our efficient business practices. And best of all, we have no hidden charges or setup fees. Also, we do not charge a hosting fee like many other providers. This is where other companies make a large sum of their money, but we don't see a need for it (which saves your bottom-line). And we’re not going to try to hook you into a long-term contract, either. We’re happy to work with you on just one publication and hope you return to us for the next. But if you don’t, that’s okay! We know you’re taking a risk by trying something new, and we want to make that as easy and risk-free for you as possible. On the flip-side, if you want to continually work with LivePrint and are interested in a longer-term arrangement at a discounted per-page cost, let us know. We can’t say it enough – we’ll do whatever meets your needs as our customer.

What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We provide an absolute guarantee our work and do not ask for payment until after you have given us the approval to publish your interactive publication. If for any reason you don't like the interactive publication we design for you, we’ll either fix it until you’re satisfied or let you walk away without paying a dime. That’s right - we are willing to risk our time and resources to make you happy, because we believe strongly in our product. We want this experience to be as risk-free as possible for our customers.

What are some of LivePrint’s product features?
-Fluid page-flipping motion
-Direct linking from the publication to any web page or site
-Page-to-page linking (great for manuals or table-of-contents)
-Crisp zoom capabilities
-Thumbnail navigation for snap-shot viewing
-Embedded video
-Interactive magnifying glass

What sort of contract should I expect?
No contract! We work on a pay-as-you-go basis. We only ask that you sign a pricing agreement which simply states the pricing that has been agreed upon and when payment is due. No surprises. We do not require any long-term commitments or quotas for publications. We are happy to work on a pay-as-you-go basis so there is no risk to you. We do, however, offer a yearly contract if you would like to save a little extra money – but that’s not something we’ll try to pressure you into, we promise! When you contact us, we’ll discuss an arrangement that will work best for you.

Do you require a deposit?
Absolutely NO deposit is required. We trust that you will like what we develop for you, so we won’t ask for payment until you give us final approval on the project.

As a customer, what resources am I going to have to pull together to get this done?
We know your resources are probably stretched to their limits, so we take the process from beginning to end. The only materials we will need from you are the PDF and links, and we will take care of the rest.
